Jordan’s practice includes a broad range of business, corporate, tax, and real estate matters. She advises emerging and expanding companies on matters including choice of entity, business formation, and tax-driven strategic planning. She also drafts and negotiates commercial lease agreements, and navigates clients through commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions from contract to closing.
Before joining Longleaf, Jordan interned with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and in the chambers of the Honorable Sam Ervin, IV on the Supreme Court of North Carolina. Additionally, Jordan volunteered with Elon Law’s AARP-Tax Aide clinic, providing free tax preparation assistance to taxpayers.
Outside the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband, Greyson, and their dog, Molly.
