Max Isaacson has been named partner at Longleaf Law Partners. He joined the commercial real estate firm in 2021 after practicing at a large, multi-discipline, multi-national law firm.

A substantial portion of Isaacson’s practice focuses on representing real estate owners, developers and businesses in the acquisition, financing and development of commercial real estate projects. He has provided representation for numerous high-value transactions in sectors including apartment complexes, mixed-use, industrial and single-family developments, among others. He also represents landlords and tenants in leasing matters.
In 2024, Isaacson was distinguished as one of Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite in the Young Gun category, which recognizes up-and-coming attorneys. He earned his bachelor’s degree at North Carolina State University and his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law with honors.
