Kyle’s practice focuses on the acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing of a variety of commercial real estate properties. He drafts and negotiates commercial lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other real estate-related documents.
During law school, Kyle served as an Articles Editor for the Campbell Law Review and was published in its Vol. 45 edition. Kyle also participated in the Stubbs Bankruptcy Clinic, where he provided pro bono counseling and filed bankruptcy petitions for financially distressed debtors.
When he’s not in the office, Kyle enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and spending time with his friends, family, and partner, Morgan.
