Jennifer focuses her practice on land use, planning and zoning, representing clients in a broad variety of matters, including rezoning petitions, special use permits, site plans, variance requests, building permits, and other development approvals.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer practiced as a local government attorney at the firm of Davis & Ashton, P.A., providing general counsel and land development services to municipalities in Palm Beach County, Florida. Jennifer also practiced with the firm of Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A., located in West Palm Beach, and focused on civil litigation, appellate law, and local government law.
Jennifer received her J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law in 2005, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002.
