Ken focuses his practice on commercial real estate, including property acquisition, financing/loan transactions, project documentation, leasing, and sales. A particular focus of his practice is acquisition and development of residential communities including the organization and drafting of planned community documents. Ken has handle a wide array of legal transactions, including matters related to conservation easements and mitigation of environmental impacts; drafting of residential and commercial restrictive covenants including master and sub associations; foreclosures and loan workouts; negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements; and North Carolina Brownfields properties.
